Blow out radiator core and clean truck with compressed air

 

Cleanse machine with compressed air

 

Clean grease fittings and lubricate

 

Clean grease fittings and lubricate

 

Change engine oil and oil filter element

 

Inspect upright assembly for proper adjustment and lubricate

 

Check transmission and differential oil level; fill if necessary

 

Examine hydraulic sump filter cap; clean or replace if necessary

 

Check hydraulic oil level; fill if necessary

 

Measure hydraulic oil level; fill if necessary

 

Clean air cleaner; inspect hose and connections

 

Check and lubricate air connecting shafts and levers

 

Check battery; add water and clean terminals

 

Check steering gear box level; fill if necessary (manual steering)

 

Check and lubricate air connecting shafts and levers

 

Inspection of power steering for proper operation and adjustment

 

Check alternator and fan drives for proper tension

 

Check differential oil level; fill if necessary

 

Check fuel, oil, water systems and all hydraulic hoses for leaks

 

Inspect lift and tilt cylinders for leaks

 

Check radiator for proper coolant level; fill if necessary

 

Inspect brake pedal linkage for proper adjustment

Inspect battery; check water level

 

Inspect inching pedal linkage for proper adjustment

 

Check battery cables and receptacles

 

Check brake fluid reservoir fluid level

 

Check contactor assembly and all switches for proper operation

 

Inspect parking brake lever for proper adjustment

 

Check tilt cylinder rod ends and anchors; adjust  and tighten as necessary

 

Check distributor points for proper adjustment and condition (Gas/LPG)

 

Operational check and physical inspection of machine

 

Inspect spark plugs and ignition system

 

Check test point voltages

 

Check mast assembly for poper adjustment and lubricate

 

Check maximum current limitation; adjust if necessary

 

Inspect lift and tilt cylinders for leaks

 

Check starting current; adjust if necessary

 

Check power steering for poper adjustment

 

Check tire and wheel condition

 

Check tilt cylinder rod ends and anchors; adjust and tighten as necessary

 

 

 

Check tire and wheel condition; tighten hub bolts if necessary

 

 

 

Operational check and physical inspection of truck

 

 

 

Check carburetor (Gas/LPG) and accelerator linkage

 

 

 

Check engine exhaust pipe and muffler

 

 

Important Note: Please refer to the Service and Operators Manuals for additional information on periodic service intervals.


Additional lubricants, fluids, filters, cartridges and materials may be required. If required, they will be billed at current rates plus additional EPA charge as applicable.
